Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Prolify. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide the order confirmation or receipt

Certain items are not eligible for returns, such as:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

After your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return shipping instructions

  • Return address

  • Pickup arrangement (if available)

Items sent without requesting a return may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other return reasons, the customer may need to pay return shipping charges.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within [5–7] business days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via:

  • Store credit

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  3. Processing times may vary depending on your bank

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.
