All orders are processed within [1–3] business days after receiving the order confirmation email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly.


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer:

  • Free shipping on orders above 299

  • Standard shipping charges on smaller orders


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on your location.

Typical delivery times in India:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.


5. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details.

You can track your order through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.

Please note:

  • COD may not be available in some PIN codes.

  • Additional COD charges may apply.


7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier partner.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


9. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Please do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged, or

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video.
